摘要
利用信息技术创新教学的模式与方法,是加快推动信息技术与教育教学深度融合的重要途径。本文通过大规模问卷和文献调研,从我国信息化教学现状出发,同时结合当前国内外信息化教学发展的前沿和热点,采用"高技术条件与低技术条件"、"教育优质发展和教育均衡发展"相对照的思路,凝练了面向"十三五"的九大类信息化教学模式和方法创新发展的主题趋势。同时,针对信息化教学有效性的特征进行思考,以期为新时期信息化教学的创新发展提供参考。
An important approach to enhancing the integration of information technology and education is using ICT to innovate instructional models and methods. On the basis of the result of a large- scale survey and a review of literature on the present domestic situation and the international trends in ICT-based Instruction, the authors of this paper summarized nine trends and directions of the development of ICT-based instructional models and methods that may happen during the 13th five-year plan period. In our review and research, the authors took the perspective of contrasting "high-technology context" with " low-technology context" and "high-quality education" with "balanced-development of education". The authors then proposed some insights of the characteristics of effective ICT-based instruction, with the, hope to provide references to the innovative development of ICT-based instruction in the new era.
