摘要
随着全球能源危机的家重和人们的环保意识的加强,电动车已经开始被大众所接受,如今环保节能是热议的话题,而现如今电动车成为环保节能的新能源车辆,在电动车的驱动电机选择中,无刷直流电机以其良好的的性能与节能环保而受到广大的电动车生产厂商的热爱,但是无刷直流电机存在叫较大的转矩脉动,这使得无刷直流电机在低速时发出振动和噪声,严重的可能影响电动车的驱动性能。本文简单的介绍了电动车车用驱动电机、无刷直流电机调速系统的建模与仿真、电动车用无刷直流电机控制系统简介、无刷电机控制系统的硬件设计。
ABSTRACT:As the global energy crisis of weight and the strengthening of people's environmental consciousness,electric cars has been accepted by the public,environmental protection and energy saving is a hot topic nowadays,now electric vehicles become the new energy vehicles,for environmental protection and energy saving in electric vehicle drive motor selection,brushless dc motor with its good performance and energy conservation,environmental protection and loved by the general electric car manufacturers,but the brushless dc motor is called large torque ripple, this makes the brushless dc motor at low speed vibration and noise,serious may influence on the performance of the electric drive.This paper simply introduces the electric vehicle drive motor,brushless dc motor speed regulating system of modeling and simulation,electric motor brushless dc motor control system,the hardware design of brushless motor control system.
