摘要
为了治理甘氨酸生产过程中的含氨废液,研究了其中氨氮和乌洛托品的脱除和分解规律。基于这些规律,用"抑制乌洛托品分解+精馏脱氨"工艺对含氨废液进行处理。在废液p H=12,精馏塔釜温度为100℃的条件下,塔顶获得质量分数为22%的氨水;塔釜出水氨氮小于15 mg/L,乌洛托品分解率低于2%,可作为乌洛托品水溶液回用于甘氨酸合成工艺。氨氮综合回收率超过99.9%,乌洛托品回收率达到98%以上。
For treating the ammonia-containing wastewater from the production process of glycine,the regularities of ammonia nitrogen and urotropin removal and decomposition have been studied. Based on these regularities,the ammonia-containing wastewater is treated by Inhibition of urotropin decomposition+distillation deamination. The mass fraction of ammonia retained from the top of tower is about 22%,under the conditions that the p H of ammonia wastewater is 12 and temperature of tower kettle 100 ℃. Moreover,the ammonia nitrogen effluent in the tower kettle is less than 15 mg/L,and the Urotropin decomposition rate is lower than 2%. The urotropin solution can be reused in glycine synthetic industry. The integrated recovery rate of ammonia nitrogen is higher than 99.9%,and urotropin recovery rate reaches 98% or more.
