摘要
在详细分析回收水循环处理利用原理的基础上,介绍了回收水处理的配置和主要控制指标,以及回收水处理单元首次在核电凝结水精处理系统树脂再生过程中的应用情况。通过阴树脂再生塔和阳树脂再生塔循环清洗时间调整,并根据再生剂残留量的对比,得到两者最佳的循环清洗时间比例。最后进行了回收水处理单元所能取得的节水效果分析。
Based on detailed analysis on the principle s of recycled water circulating treatment and utilization,the configurations and main control indexes in the recycled water treatment,as well as the application situation of recycled water treatment unit to the condensate polishing system in nuclear power plants in the process of resin regeneration the first time are introduced. By means of adjusting the time of ART loop flushing and CRT loop flushing,and based on the comparison of regenerator residue amount,the proportion of optimum circulating cleaning time of the two of them is obtained. At the end,the water saving effect possibly obtained from the recycling water treatment unit is analyzed.
