摘要
目的分析天津市18岁以上女性居民干豆类及豆制品的摄入情况,以了解该市成年女性雌马酚前体物质——大豆异黄酮的主要食物来源的摄入情况,及其与文化程度、腰围、体重、BMI等体格指标以及血压等指标的关系。方法对天津市居民营养与膳食调查数据中18岁以上女性共632人进行分析,调查包括一般信息、膳食调查和体格检查。结果参与膳食调查的成年女性平均年龄为(52.67±14.83)岁,腰围(84.30±10.28)cm,体重(63.52±11.13)kg,体质指数(24.98±3.71)kg/m^2。收缩压为(131.93±19.68)mm Hg,舒张压为(82.55±10.92)mm Hg。干豆类及豆制品总平均摄入(13.60±19.39)g/人日,干豆类平均摄入(2.79±10.42)g/人日,豆制品平均摄入(10.81±15.98)g/人日。不同年龄组间、不同地区间干豆类及豆制品的摄入量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。根据干豆及豆制品总摄入量进行分组,高摄入量组26人,中摄入量组40人,低摄入量组566人。各组别在文化程度、腰围、体重、收缩压、舒张压间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同组间体质指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天津市成年女性居民干豆类及豆制品的平均摄入尚未达到《中国居民膳食指南》推荐量,应在文化程度较低、年龄较轻的女性中加强开展营养宣教工作。
[Objective]To analyze the intake status of dry bean and bean products of female adults over 18 years old in Tianjin,understand the intake of main food source of equol precusor substance(soybean isoflavone),explore the relationship between equol precusor substance intake and education level,waist circumference,weight,BMI and blood pressure. [Methods]The data of 632 female adults over 18 years old in Tianjin resident nutrition and diet survey were analyzed,and the survey included the general information investigation,diet investigation and physical investigation.[Results]Among the investigated females,the average age was(52.67±14.83)years old,the waist circumference was(84.30±10.28)cm,the weight was(63.52±11.13)kg,the BMI was(24.98±3.71)kg/m^2,the systolic blood pressure(SBP)was(131.93±19.68)mm Hg,and the diastolic blood pressure(DBP)was(82.55±10.92)mm Hg.The average intake per capita of dry bean and bean products was(13.60±19.39)g/d,while the intake per capita of dry bean was(2.79±10.42)g/d and intake per capita of bean products was(10.81±15.98)g/d. The differences in intake of dry bean and bean products were not statistically significant among different age group,different regions(P〉0.05). According to the amount of dry bean and bean products intake,the females were divided into the high intake level group(26 cases),medium intake level group(40 cases)and low intake level group(566 cases). The differences in levels of education level,waist circumference,weight,SBP and DBP were not statistically significant among three groups(P〉0.05),and there was statistically significant difference in BMI among three groups(P〉0.05). [Conclusion]The average intake of dry bean and bean products in female adults in Tianjin has not reached the recommended intake of Chinese Dietary Guide. It is necessary to strengthen the nutrition education among younger females with low education level.
