人格和自我控制对体育专业大学生攻击性行为的影响 被引量:3

Effects of personality and self-control on aggressive behaviors of college students majoring in physical education

摘要 目的考察人格、自我控制对体育专业大学生攻击性行为的影响。方法抽取6所高校的696名在校体育专业大学生进行调查,对数据做描述统计、t检验和回归分析。结果①体育专业大学生的攻击性与非体育专业大学生的攻击性差异有统计学意义(t=2.55,P<0.05),而且2个专业学生的身体攻击纬度和冲动纬度差异有统计学意义(t=10.91,5.26,P<0.05)。②在身体攻击、冲动、易怒性、敌意纬度上,体育专业的男、女生差异有统计学意义(2.29≤t≤11.48,P<0.05);在易怒性和敌意纬度上,体育专业的独生子女与非独生子女差异有统计学意义(t=2.26,3.32,P<0.05);在冲动纬度上,体育专业的城市生源与农村生源差异有统计学意义(t=2.08,P<0.05)。③人格、自我控制与攻击性行为的相关性差异有统计学意义(r=0.46,-0.58,P<0.05);认知控制、情绪控制、行为控制以及神经质是身体攻击的有效预测变量(R^2=0.79),情绪控制、内外向以及神经质是冲动的有效预测变量(R^2=0.58),认知控制、情绪控制以及神经质是易怒性的有效预测变量(R^2=0.53),认知控制和神经质是敌意的有效预测变量(R^2=0.31)。结论体育专业大学生的攻击性行为比非体育专业大学生明显,其外向不稳定的人格、低自我控制会加剧攻击性行为。 [Objective]To explore the effects of personality and self-control on aggressive behaviors of college students majoring in physical education. [Methods]696 students majoring in physical education from 6 universities were investigated. The descriptive statistics,t-test and regression analysis were performed. [Results]① There was statistically significant difference in aggressive be haviors between students majoring in physical education and non- physical education students(t =2.55,P〈0.05),and the differences in physical aggressive dimension and impulse dimension between students majoring in physical education and non-physical education students(t=10.91,t=5.26,P〈0.05). ② There were statistically significant differences in physical aggression,impulsive,irritability and hostility between males and females in students majoring in physical education(2.29≤t≤11.48,P〈0.05). The differences in irritability and hostility were statistically significant between only-child and non-only-child in students majoring in physical education(t=2.26,t=3.32,P〈0.05),and there was statistically significant difference in impulsive between urban students and rural students(t=2.08,P〈0.05). ③There was significant correlation between personality,self-control and aggressive behaviors(r=0.46,r=-0.58,P〈0.05). Cognitive control,emotion control,behavior control and neuroticism were the effective predictors of physical aggression(R^2=0.79). Emotional control,introversion and extroversion,and neuroticism were the effective predictors of impulse(R^2=0.58). Cognitive control,emotion control and neuroticism were the effective predictors of irritability(R^2=0.53).Cognitive control and neuroticism were the effective predictors of hostility(R^2=0.31).[Conclusion]The college students majoring in physical education have more obvious aggressive behaviors than non-physical education students,and the extroversion-instable personality and low self-control can increase their aggressive behaviors.
