摘要
本文分析了国内外临床护理带教教师教学能力的现状，并结合我国实际情况对临床护理带教教师的发展进行了归纳，为我国临床护理带教教师的研究提供参考。
This paper analyzed the current situation of clinical nursing teachers＂ teaching competence at home and abroad, and concluded the development of clinical nursing teachers combining the actual conditions of our country, so as to provided reference for similar domestic studies.
