摘要
目的了解“个人负责、小组协作制”护理模式在老年干部病房的实施效果。方法将责任制护理在老年干部病房实施分为“8小时在班、24小时负责制”(模式1)、“个人负责制”(模式2)、“个人负责、小组协作制”(模式3)3个阶段,同时测量单、双人卧患者人均铺床时间及日均整理床单位时间,分析3个阶段的工作质量、满意度及工作效率。结果模式1与模式2、模式3工作质量比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),而模式2与模式3比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);患者、护士对护理工作的满意度3种模式比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);医生对护理工作的满意度模式1与模式2、模式3比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),但模式2与模式3比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);单、双人卧有患者铺床人均使用时间单人明显多于双人(P〈0.01),日均整理床单位时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论“个人负责小组协作制”护理模式很适宜在老年干部病房应用,能使分工与合作各自发挥最大功效。
Objective To understand the effects about nursing mode of individual responsibility-team collabo- ration in elderly cadre ward. Methods The accountability care was divided into three sections: 24-hour responsibility with 8-hour working ( model 1 ), individual responsible ( model 2 ), individual responsibility-team collaboration care ( model 3 ) . The average time fitting the sheets when working by single one or in pairs were measured. The quality, sat- isfaction and efficiency of the three sections were analyzed. Results Differences of the quality of work of the three sec- tions were obvious ( P〈0. 01 ), but the difference of model 2 and model 3 had no statistically significant ( P〉0. 05 ) ; the satisfaction degree of these three models were obvious surveyed by patients, nurses and doctors (P〈0.01); the difference of doctors" satisfaction among model 1, model 2and model 3 were with a statistically significant, but between model 2 and model 3, the difference wasn/t statistically significant (P〉0.05) ; the average time of bed used by single was far more than it by pairs (P〈0.01), and the time used in each day was various with the efficiency rank (P〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusions Nursing mode of "individual responsibility-team collaboration" is very suited to having application in elderly cadre ward, it can make the division and cooperation play a maximum efficacy.
