专科护士培训实行网络教学的效果分析 被引量:1

Effect analysis of the implementation of network teaching applied to train the specialist nurses

摘要 目的探讨网络教学在我院专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法选取我院6个专业的专科培训护士110名,随机分为观察组和对照组各55名。对照组采用传统的教学模式,观察组在传统教学方法的基础上联合采用网络教学模式,比较两组教学的效果。结果观察组学生的学习兴趣、学习能力、理论知识掌握以及学习自觉性的提高率分别为80.00%(44/55)、69.09%(38/55)、87.27%(48/55)、89.09%(49/55),均明显高于对照组;观察组学生考试成绩优秀率和良好率分别为23.64%(13/55)以及56.36%(31/55),均明显高于对照组的9.09%(5/55)以及36.36%(20/55);观察组的基础理论知识以及实践技能操作成绩均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论网络教学模式应用于专科护士培训显著提高了培训护士学习的主观能动性,提高了学习和操作成绩,提高了教学质量,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To discuss the application effect of network in our college training. Methods A total of 100 specialist training nurses from 6 majors in our college were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, the observation group on the basis of the traditional teaching method adopted the network teaching mode. The teaching effects of two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the improvement rates of students" interest in learning, learning ability, theoretical knowledge and learning self-consciousness were 80% (44/55) , 69. 09% (38/55) , 87. 27% (48/55), 89. 09% (49/ 55) respectively, which were significantly higher than that in the control group; In the observation group, the rates of students" excellent and good test performance were 23 . 64% (13/55) and 56. 36% (31/55) respectively, which were significantly higher than 9. 09% (5/55) and 36. 36% (20/55) in the control group; the results of basic theoretical knowl- edge and practical skills and operation of the observation group were obviously better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistical significance, P〈0. 05. Conclusions The training nurses" subjective initiative, the results of learning and operation and the teaching quality were all significantly improved by the implementation of network teaching applied to train the specialist nurses significantly which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
