摘要
以沼肥和化肥两种肥源种植白菜,讨论其对白菜品质和土壤的影响.实验采用盆栽法,设置对照组、复合肥组和沼液组.实验结果表明,沼液能促进白菜的生长.采收后,对各组白菜品质及土壤进行分析,结果显示:1施用沼液相比于施用化肥使白菜总糖含量增加了131.12%,有显著性差异(P<0.01);还原糖含量增加了50.84%(P<0.05),维生素C含量增加了39.09%(P<0.05);2沼液种植,白菜中硝酸盐含量比化肥种植降低4.03%;3施用沼液与施用化肥相比,施用化肥后土壤全氮增加3.89%,低于施用沼液后增加的9.31%,施用化肥后土壤铵态氮含量降低1.46%,高于施用沼液后土壤铵态氮降低的1.21%,施用化肥后土壤速效钾含量增加18.45%,低于施用沼液后增加的21.91%.施用沼液与施用化肥相比,没有显著性差异(P>0.05),但施用沼液的土壤各养分含量都略高于施用化肥的土壤养分.
The experiment design two fertilizer source plant Chinese cabbage,and discuss its influence on the quality of Chinese cabbage and soil quality improvement. Experiment design:Group A: without fertilizer, just water;Group B: apply chemical fertilizer;Group C:apply bio-slurry. Observing the growth index of cabbage, we find bio slurry was good for the growth of cabbage. After harvested,analysis the quality of Chinese cabbage and soil nutrients. Results show that:bioslurry was much good for the growth of cabbage than chemical fertilizer. (1)The application of biogas slurry compared to chemical fertilizers on total sugar content of cabbage was increased by 131. 12% of biogas slurry group(P〈0. 01) ;The reducing sugar content increased by 50. 84%(P〈0. 05),vitamin C content increased by 39.09%(P〈0.05);(2)The nitrate content in Chinese cabbage of biogas slurry group decreased 4.03% than chemical fertilizer group;(3)The soil total nitrogen con tent, soil ammonium nitrogen content and soil available potassium content did not differ significantly between the two study groups(P〉0. 05), the soil nutrient content in biogas slurry group was higher than chemical fertilizer group.
