透析患者脉搏波传导速度与血管钙化的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解维持性透析患者脉搏波传导速度与血管钙化的关系。方法:纳入我院血液净化中心130例维持性透析患者,记录相关临床资料,完善实验室检查,以X线片(双手正位、骨盆平片、腹部侧位片、胸部正侧位片)评价血管钙化情况,无创性全自动动脉测量仪检查脉搏波传导速度。以t检验及相关分析了解脉搏波传导速度与血管钙化的关系。结果:脉搏波传导速度分组比较中,双侧脉搏波传导速度值于血管钙化评分总分≥3分组显著高于血管钙化评分总分<3分组,主动脉弓、腹主动脉、髂动脉、股动脉钙化组双侧脉搏波传导速度值高于无钙化组,尺动脉和手动脉钙化组右侧脉搏波传导速度值均高于无钙化组。双变量相关分析中,双侧脉搏波传导速度值均与骨盆平片钙化评分、双手掌正位片钙化评分、血管钙化评分总分正相关。以上结果差异有统计学意义。结论:脉搏波传导速度与血管钙化评分有良好的相关性,且对大动脉及中动脉中内径偏大的动脉的钙化的评估意义较大。
