锥形束CT在定位和拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的:评价锥形束CT定位下颌阻生第三磨牙的准确性,探究其在拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙中的应用价值。方法:对在我院就诊全景片显示下颌阻生第三磨牙与下颌管关系密切的64例(86侧)患者,术前采用锥形束CT进一步检查定位,指导选择合适方式拔除患牙,并运用诊断测试方法评价术前锥形束CT定位的准确性。结果:所有患牙均按术前设计顺利拔除;术前锥形束CT观察下颌阻生第三磨牙突破下颌管壁判断的灵敏度为94.3%,特异度为93.5%,Youden指数为0.88;术后拔牙创均Ⅰ期愈合,除1例出现暂时性下唇麻木外均未出现其他并发症。结论:锥形束CT能清晰显示下颌阻生第三磨牙与下颌管的位置关系,在其拔除方案的制订和手术操作中具有重要的指导意义。
