摘要
单一钢纤维混凝土与普通混凝土相比,具有很好的力学性能,单一硅灰混凝土虽然在强度上有所降低,但是可以减少水泥用量、节约成本。掺入适量钢纤维和硅灰混凝土可以提高混凝土抗压强度,能够很好地改善混凝土耐久性,满足生产建设需求,又节约成本。完成不同硅灰含量、不同钢纤维含量、不同水胶比下混凝土抗压强度对比试验,得出最佳混凝土配合比,使之应用于土木工程各个领域中,具有较为广泛应用前景。
Single steel fiber concrete compared with ordinary concrete has good mechanical properties,single though on the strength of silica fume concrete decreases,but it can reduce the dosage of cement, cost savings. Incorporating a moderate amount of fiber and silica fume can improve the compressive strength of concrete,concrete can effectively improve the durability of concrete,meet the demand of production and construction,and cost savings. Complete the different content of silica fume and steel fiber content,the compressive strength of concrete under different water- binder ratio test, it is concluded that the best proportion of concrete. Make it applied in civil engineering fields,has a wider application prospect.
