摘要
为高效去除建筑室内环境颗粒污染以创造良好室内空气环境,提出一种采用纳米纤维材料过滤颗粒污染物的方法。通过静电纺丝法制作的纳米级纤维材料具有孔隙率高、比表面积大、吸附性和过滤性强等优势,为高效过滤颗粒物提供新介质。分析表明其中采用聚丙烯腈(PAN)做聚合材料能够保证较高的单纤维捕捉能力,对细颗粒污染物PM2.5去除率达到95%以上,能够大幅度地提高建筑室内环境空气中超细粒子去除率。
In order to remove indoor particle pollutants forcreating a good indoor environment, a method with nano fibermaterial is adopted filtering particle pollutants. The nano fibermaterial made of electrospinning has advantages of high porosity,large specific surface area, adsorption and filtration, providinghighly efficient filtration of particulates. Analysis shows that thepolyacrylonitrile (PAN) made to single fiber material can ensurehigher ability to capture with PM2 5 removal rate more than 9 5 % ,which can greatly improve the indoor environment air against fineparticle removal rate.
