用止咳散加减治疗急性气管炎的效果分析

Clinical analysis of the treatment of acute bronchitis with cough and relieving cough

目的 :研究用止咳散加减治疗急性气管炎的效果。方法 :将我院2013年5月15日至2014年11月15日收治的66例急性气管炎患者作为研究对象,将这些患者随机分为对照组(33例)及实验组(33例)。对对照组患者进行常规西医治疗,为实验组患者在采用对照组患者治疗方案的基础上加用止咳散加减进行治疗,然后对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果 :实验组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。实验组患者咽痛、咳嗽及鼻塞流涕症状消失的时间均短于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论 :应用止咳散加减治疗急性气管炎可取得良好的临床疗效,较快地缓解患者的临床症状,此法值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of the treatment of acute bronchitis with cough and cough powder, and to analyze the reliability of the method. Methods： from May 15, 2013 to November 15, 2014, 66 cases of patients with acute bronchitis were treated, 66 cases of acute bronchitis were randomly divided into control group （33 cases） and experimental group （33 cases）, the control group was treated with conventional western medicine, the experimental group was treated with the treatment of two groups. Results： the number of patients in the experimental group was more than the control group （P〈0.05）, the clinical symptoms of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusian： the clinical effect of the treatment of acute bronchitis disease with the treatment of cough and relieving cough and cough is good, and it can be used for reference in clinic.
