联用甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的效果探析

To observe the clinical effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的 :探讨联用甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法 :对近年来我院收治的140例异位妊娠患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我院随机将这些患者分为甲氨蝶呤组与联合用药组,每组各有70例患者。我院对甲氨蝶呤组患者使用甲氨蝶呤进行治疗,对联合用药组患者联用甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮进行治疗,然后比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果:两组患者在接受治疗后,联合用药组患者治疗的有效率、症状消失的时间、血β-HCG水平恢复正常的时间以及妊娠包块消失的时间均明显优于甲氨蝶呤组患者,差异显著(p<0.05),具有统计学意义。两组患者不良反应的发生率相比差异不明显(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论 :联用甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床效果显著,可有效地缩短患者接受治疗的时间,且用药较安全。此法值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： clinical therapeutic effect of application of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in ectopic pregnancy observation. Methods： select our hospital 2012 February 2014 in May of the treatment of 140 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients, 140 cases were randomly were divided into the experimental group and the contrast group, 70 cases of patients in each group and contrast group take routine treatment, the experimental group with methotrexate and mifepristone in the treatment of observed clinical effect of two groups of patients. Results： in the experimental group, the clinical efficiency was 91.66%, contrast group, the clinical efficiency 80.01%, contrast group was significantly lower than that in the experimental group, difference between the two groups has statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） contrast treatment group index is significantly lower than the experimental group. Conclusion： by methotrexate combined with mifepristone iri treatment of ectopie pregnancy has a significant clinical effect, with fast cure, short course of treatment, no side effects and other advantages, it is worth in clinical medicine and wide application and popalarizatian.
