精氨酸脱敏剂的不同给药方式对老年人牙本质过敏症的疗效

Comparison of effects of tooth-past and mouthwash containing arginine on dental hypersensitivity in the elderly

目的评估含8%精氨酸的牙膏与含0.8%精氨酸的漱口液对老年人牙本质敏感症的疗效。方法本研究首先用普通牙膏和漱口液洗脱2周去除干扰因素后,用数字化疼痛评判法(VAS)法评估受试者牙本质敏感性,将年轻组与老年组受试者分别随机分为2组,分别给予含8%精氨酸的高露洁抗敏牙膏或含0.8%精氨酸的高露洁漱口液,使用2、4、6周后再次评估受试者牙本质敏感情况。计算受试者使用前后VAS评分,比较年轻组与老年组区别。结果 6周后,老年组使用0.8%精氨酸漱口液的受试者VAS评分差值显著高于使用8%精氨酸牙膏的受试者,而年轻组二者差异并无统计学意义。结论含精氨酸脱敏剂的漱口液对老年人的牙本质过敏症效果更显著。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the tooth-past containing 8% arginine and the mouthwash containing 0. 8% arginine on dental hypersensitivity in the elderly. Methods Subjects with dental hypersensitivity were divided into the elderly group or the young group according to the age. Each group was assigned to use either the toothpaste or the mouthwash containing arginine randomly. Visual analogue scale（ VAS） was assessed every two weeks,and compared with the baselines. Results Six weeks later,the VAS score of the elderly group who used the mouthwash containing 0. 8% arginine was lower than that of the elderly who used the tooth-past containing 8% arginine significantly.But in the young group,the score showed no significant differences. Conclusions The mouthwash containing 0. 8%arginine is more effective in treating the dental hypersensitivity in the elderly.
