不同营养护理对食管癌术后患者肠功能恢复的影响 被引量:2

Effect of different nutrition nursing on recovery of intestinal function in patients with esophageal carcinoma after operation

摘要 目的探讨肠内营养支持与肠外营养支持对食管癌根治术后患者肠道功能恢复的影响。方法收集行食管癌根治术的患者62例,随机分2组,观察组31例术后给予早期肠内营养支持,对照组31例术后予以肠外营养支持,观察比较术后肛门排气时间及并发症情况。结果观察组患者首次肛门排气时间为(46.5±7.5)h,对照组首次肛门排气时间为(58.6±8.4)h,2组比较有明显差异(P<0.05),2组患者均未出现严重并发症。结论早期肠内营养支持可加快食管癌根治术后患者肠道功能的恢复,是一种安全有效的营养支持方式。 Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition on the recovery of intestinal function in patients with esophageal carcinoma after radical operation. Methods A total of 62 cases of esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups, a trial group of 31 cases received early enteral nutrition support and 31 cases in a control group were given parenteral nutrition support, and the postoperative anal exhaust time and complications were observed and compared between two groups. Results The first time of postoperative anal exhaust in the trial group was(46.5 ± 7.5) h, and the first time of postoperative anal exhaust in the control group was(58.6 ± 8.4) h,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). There were no serious complications in two groups. Conclusion Early enteral nutrition can accelerate the recovery of intestinal function of the patients with esophageal carcinoma after radical operation, and it is a safe and effective method of nutritional support.
