希望课程对大学生希望及复原力的影响

摘要 希望和复原力是积极心理学领域的重要概念,对学生心理健康有重要影响。本研究基于Snyder的希望理论设计希望课程,以某高职院校学生为研究对象,用不等组前后测实验探讨课程对大学生希望及复原力水平的影响。研究结果显示,希望课程教学对提升大学生希望、复原力水平的立即性和持续性效果均显著。
