摘要
随着医药事业的迅猛发展,社会对药学人才要求越来越高,尤其是具有创新思维的药学人才,本文从药学传统的教学模式进行阐述,通过转变药学实验教学理念、创建多样化药学教学实验模式、实施创新实验教学体系、完善创新实验教学平台和科研条件等角度出发,全面构建综合性、系统性、专业性的药学实验教学体系,激发了学生的学习积极性与主动性,提高了教学质量,全面地培养创新型药学人才。
With the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry, society requires more and more talents of pharmacy, pharmaceutical talents with innovative thinking. In this paper, the traditional teaching mode of pharmacy is expounded, by changing the pharmacy experimental teaching idea, creating a diversified mode of experimental teaching, the implementation of pharmaceutical innovation experimental teaching system, improve the innovation platform of experimental teaching and scientific research conditions and other point of view, comprehensive construction of comprehensive, systematic and professional pharmacy experimental teaching system, stimulate students＇ learning enthusiasm and initiative, improve the quality of teaching, comprehensive cultivation of innovative pharmaceutical talents.
