摘要
目的评价病例引导立体式教学法在医学生心血管疾病见习中的应用效果。方法选择我院内科心血管疾病见习生164例,随机分为两组。对照组82例,给予传统教学法;观察组82例,实施病例引导立体式教学法。对比两组学生的内科心血管病学理论及实践考试成绩。结果观察组学生的心血管学理论及实践考试成绩优良率高于对照组学生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生心血管学理论及实践考试成绩及格率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论病例引导立体式教学法可提高血管疾病见习生的专业技巧与综合素质,促进临床见习工作的进步。
Objective Evaluation of the application effect of the threedimensional teaching method in medical students' cardiovascular diseases. Methods Choose medical school trainees 164 cases of cardiovascular disease were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, 82 cases were given the traditional teaching method, and the observation group was 82 cases. Comparison of the two groups of students in the department of internal medicine of the theory of cardiovascular disease and practice test results. Results Achievement of observation group of students cardiovascular scores of theory and practice of the excellent and good rate was significantly higher than that of the students in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05), two groups of students cardiovascular science theory and practice examination pass rate compared, the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05). Conclusion Case guidance based on three-dimensional teaching method can improve the professional skills and comprehensive quality of students with vascular diseases, and promote the progress of clinical probation.
