摘要
目的将有声思维法运用到护理临床教学中。方法选取2014年在我院实习的五年制全日制护理本科生60名,随机分两组。分别采用传统教学模式和有声思维教学模式。结果研究末期两组间批判性思维能力比较,试验组总成绩与病例分析题成绩均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将有声思维法引入到本科护生的病例分析讨论中可以充分发挥其学习的主观能动性。
Objective The thinking aloud method applied to the clinical teaching of nursing. Methods From 2014 in our hospital five years of fulltime internship of undergraduate nursing students were randomly divided into two groups of 60 people. The traditional teaching mode and teaching mode of thinking aloud. Results Between the two groups at the end of the study of critical thinking ability, the experimental group total score at the end of the study and case analysis of test scores were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Introducing the thought of sound thinking into the case analysis and discussion of undergraduate nursing students can give full play to the subjective initiative of learning.
