22例尿液检测结果异常的影响因素分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Abnormal Results of Urine Test in 22 Cases

目的通过探讨我院尿液检查结果异常的案例,加强日后尿液检测管理和操作规范,提高尿液检测质量。方法选取2015年2-8月,我院尿检异常的病例22例,对异常原因进行分析。结果通过总结和分析发现,导致尿液的检测结果异常的因素是多方面的。结论为保证尿液检测结果的真实性,在进行尿液检测的过程中应严格遵守标准化的操作,避免因操作失误导致的检测结果异常,使尿液检测的结果更好的服务于临床诊断。

Objective To explore the abnormal urine test results in our hospital, to strengthen the management and operation of urine testing in the future, and improve the quality of urine testing. Methods From February to August 2015 in our hospital, 22 cases of abnormal urine, to analyze the reason of abnormal. Results Through the summary and analysis found that the detection of abnormal results of urine lead to many factors. Conclusion In order to ensure the authenticity of the urine test results and in urine detection process should strictly abide by the standardized operation, to avoid due to operational errors led to the detection of abnormal results, the urine test results in better service to the clinical diagnosis.
