高位宫颈囊肿治疗中宫腔镜电凝术的临床应用效果分析

Clinical Application Effect Analysis of High Level Cervical Cyst in the Treatment of Hysteroscopy

目的研究并分析治疗高位宫颈囊肿患者时使用宫腔镜电凝术的效果。方法收集高位宫颈囊肿患者共26例的临床资料,对其进行回顾性分析和总结,探讨该术式的临床应用效果。结果 26例患者手术均很顺利完成,术中出血量为(29.7±7.8)ml,手术平均时间为(12.1±4.1)min,患者经B超检查发现宫颈恢复正常状态,无严重并发症出现,患者的平均住院时间为(4.1±1.3)d。结论在高位宫颈囊肿患者的治疗过程中,宫腔镜电凝术的术中出血量低、手术时间短,且患者术后无严重并发症,机体恢复较快,预后良好。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of the use of hysteroscopy in the treatment of patients with high cervical cyst. Methods A total of 26 patients with high cervical cyst were collected. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results 26 cases patients were successfully completed, intraoperative bleeding（29.7±7.8） ml, the mean operative time for（12.1±4.1） min, the patient by B-ultrasound found cervical to return to a normal state, no serious complication, with the average duration of hospitalization was（4.1±1.3） days. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with high cervical cyst, the body recovery faster, the prognosis is good.
