摘要
目的探讨亚临床及临床甲减应用左旋甲状腺素的临床疗效。方法随机选取48例临床甲减患者作为观察组,82例亚临床甲减患者作为对照组,根据其具体情况均给予甲减治疗。结果治疗前后,两组甲状腺相关指标存在差异;且治疗后两组TC、TG、LDL-C均有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论亚临床及临床甲减应用左旋甲状腺素治疗的疗效确切。
Objective To explore the application of clinical and subclinical hypothyroidism the clinical efficacy of levothyroxine. Methods 48 cases clinical observation on patients with hypothyroidism as a group, 82 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism, as the control group, hypothyroidism treatment given according to their specific conditions. Results Before and after treatment, both groups significant differences in thyroid-related indicators and treating two groups TC, TG, LDL-c were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Subclinical and clinical hypothyroidism l-thyroxine is effective.
