自拟强心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭23例分析

Analysis of 23 Cases of Chronic Heart Failure Treated With Qiangxin Decoction

目的探讨自拟强心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取慢性心力衰竭患者46例,随机分为对照组和观察组各23例,对照组采用常规的西医治疗方案,观察组接受西医治疗的同时服用自拟强心汤,评估两组患者的临床疗效。结果对比两组患者的治疗效果,组间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对于慢性心力衰竭时采用西药联合自拟强心汤治疗,效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Qiangxin decoction in treating chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 46 cases of patients with chronic heart failure（CHF） and randomly assigned for control group and observation group, each group of 23 cases, the control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment, observation group received western medicine also taking the self-made Qiangxin decoction, evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results Compared two groups of patients, with obvious difference between groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion For patients with chronic heart failure by western medicine combined with Qiangxin Decoction treatment, the effect is significant, worthy of clinical application
