急性病毒性咽炎采用喜炎平注射液治疗的临床探讨

Clinical Study on Xiyanping Injection in the Treatment of the Acute Viral Pharyngitis

目的探讨急性病毒性咽炎采用喜炎平注射液治疗的临床效果。方法选取2013年7月-2016年1月在我院进行就诊的80例急性病毒性咽炎患者,分为对照组40例和观察组40例,对照组采用常规抗生素药物进行治疗,观察组采用喜炎平注射液进行治疗。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率要高于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论喜炎平注射液治疗急性病毒性咽炎的临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acute viral pharyngitis with Xiyanping injection therapy. Methods 80 cases of acute viral pharyngitis patients were chosen from July 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital, divided into the control group of 40 cases and 40 cases in the observation group, the control group using conventional antibiotic drug treatment, the observation group with Xiyanping injection in treatment. Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of acute viral pharyngitis is significant.
