针灸联合推拿治疗腰间盘突出症的疗效分析

Analysis Effect of Acupuncture Combined With Massage for Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的观察针灸联合推拿治疗腰间盘突出症的疗效,分析该方法的临床应用价值。方法选取2015年6月1日-2016年2月29日我院收治的134例腰间盘突出症患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予以单纯针灸治疗,治疗组在针灸治疗基础上予以推拿治疗,观察两组疗效。分析治疗前后功能评分情况。结果经治疗对照组患者总有效率为88.06%（59/67）,治疗组的总有效率为97.01%（65/67）,经比较治疗组疗效更佳（P〈0.05）。结论通过对治疗组和对照组疗效的比较,治疗组获得了更好疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined massage therapy the waist dish outstanding disease, analysis of the clinical application value of the method. Methods 134 cases of our hospital between the waist dish outstanding disease patients were chosne from June 1, 2015 to February 29, 2016, randomly divided into control group and treatment group, control group to be pure acupuncture treatment, the treatment group on the basis of acupuncture massage therapy, to observe the curative effect of the two groups. Analysis function score before and after treatment. Results After the treatment in the control group total effective rate was 88.06%（59/67） patients, the treatment group total effective rate was 97.01%（65/67）, better curative effect by comparing the treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through comparing the efficacy of the treatment group and control group, treatment group got better curative effect.
