中西医结合治疗胃溃疡临床对照研究

Clinical Control Study of Gastric Ulcer Treated With Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine

目的探讨中西医结合治疗胃溃疡临床治疗效果。方法随机选取我院收治的胃溃疡患者146例,按照随机数表法分为观察组73例和对照组73例,对照组患者采用西药进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用中药进行中西结合治疗。结果对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率为79.4%低于观察组患者的97.2%,差异具有统计学意义（χ-2=15.58,P〈0.05）。结论采用中西医结合治疗胃溃疡患者临床治疗效果十分显著,并且复发率低。

Objective To investigate the combination therapy of gastric ulcer clinical effect. Methods Gastric ulcer patients were randomly selected in our hospital 146 cases, according to the table of random numbers divided into observation group and control group 73 cases, 73 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the use of traditional Chinese medicine were Chinese and western medicine. Results The clinical treatment of patients in the control group, the total effective rate was 79.4% in the observation group was significantly lower than 97.2% of patients, and therefore the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=15.58, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination therapy of gastric ulcer patients clinical results are quite remarkable, and the recurrence rate, safe and reliable.
