开展优质护理服务对普外科护理质量的影响

Effect of High Quality Nursing Service on Nursing Quality of Department of General Surgery

目的探讨开展优质护理服务对普外科护理质量的影响。方法选取102例普外科患者作为研究对象,随机均分为观察组(优质护理服务)和对照组(常规护理),对比两组患者的护理效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者对于护理的满意程度更高,观察组风险发生率更低。结论开展优质护理服务能够有效提升普外科护理质量,对普外科患者的治疗与恢复有着积极的影响。

Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing service on the quality of nursing in department of general surgery. Methods 102 cases of department of general surgery patients were selected as the research object, randomly divided into observation group（quality care service） and control group（conventional care）, compared with the two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the care, the incidence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion To carry out quality nursing service can effectively improve the quality of nursing in department of general surgery, and has a positive effect on the treatment and recovery of patients in department of general surgery.
