急诊消化内镜护理面临的问题与防范措施分析

Analysis of Problems and Preventive Measures in Emergency Endoscopic Nursing

目的探究急诊消化内镜护理中存在的问题及相应的防范对策。方法分析急诊消化内镜护理现状,抽取我院在2014年1月-2016年1月接收的80例患者为本次研究对象,按照抽签的方式将其分为对照组和实验组,每组40例患者,对比两组患者护理满意度,观察急诊消化内镜护理存在的问题,并以表格的形式进行分析。结果通过调查研究表明,实验组患者出现安全隐患的几率低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论经过本次研究发现,在急诊消化内镜护理中,比较普遍的问题有：医院感染、交接班、护士专业技能等方面,为避免上述安全隐患的发生,需要在日常管理中加强相应管理。

Objective To explore the existing problems in nursing of emergency endoscopy and corresponding countermeasures. Methods 80 cases selected from our hospital during the period from January 2014 to January 2016 to receive patients as the research object, which is divided into control group and experimental group, 40 patients in each group, compared two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction, observe the existence of emergency digestion endoscopic nursing problems, and in the form of analysis. Results The investigation showed that the probability of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the security risks reference group, significant difference between the two groupswas statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion The study found that in the emergency nursing of digestive endoscopy, comparison common problems are： hospital infection, shift, nurse professional skills and other aspects, in order to avoid the risk, the need to strengthen the management in the daily management.
