探讨品管圈在提升疼痛护理质量的应用效果

目的探讨品管圈提升疼痛护理质量的效果。方法选取2015年1月-2016年1月50例患者和8名医护人员做对照组,同期50例患者和8名医护人员为研究组;分别接受常规护理和品管圈护理,对比两组医护人员知识评分、记录疼痛知识评分以及患者对其满意度。结果研究组在医护人员知识评分、记录疼痛知识评分以及患者对其满意度均比对照组高（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论品管圈护理模式在提升疼痛护理质量有极高应用价值,该护理模式值得患者信赖。

Objective To study the quality control circle improve the effect of pain nursing quality. Methods 50 cases from January 2015 to January 2016 and 8 medical staff to do the control group,50 patients and 8 medical staff for the team. For routine nursing and quality control, respectively, compared two groups of staff knowledge score, recording the pain on their satisfaction ratings and patients. Results The team in medical personnel knowledge score, recording the pain score and the satisfaction of patients is higher than control group（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Nursing mode in improving the quality of pain nursing quality control circles have high application value. The trusted patient nursing mode.
