渐进式护理模式在乳腺癌患者行改良根治术后康复治疗中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Incremental Nursing Care in the Treatment of Patients With Breast Cancer After Modified Radical Mastectomy

目的对乳腺癌患者行改良根治术后康复治疗中采用渐进式护理模式的应用效果进行观察。方法选取我院58例患者作为研究对象。按照患者入院的顺序随机分为对照组和研究组各29例。对照组患者行常规护理,实验组患者行渐进式护理。对比两组患者临床护理效果。结果研究组患者经渐进式护理后,其肩关节活动度优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌行改良根治术的患者采用渐进式护理模式,能有效改善患者上肢功能。

Objective To improved cure postoperative rehabilitation therapy in patients with breast cancer using incremental application effect of the nursing mode. Methods 58 patients choose our hospital as the research object. In accordance with the order of the patients in hospital were randomly divided into control group and research group, 29 cases in each group. The control group patients with routine nursing, the experimental group patients progressive care. Compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect. Results The patients with team after progressive nursing, the shoulder joint activity was better than control group, difference between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients of breast cancer modified radical progressive nursing mode, can effectively improve patients with upper limb function.
