心理护理干预在癫痫并发抑郁患者中应用的效果分析

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Patients With Epilepsy and Depression

目的探究心理护理干预对癫痫并发抑郁患者的影响。方法选取我院收治的146例癫痫患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各73例,对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者采用心理护理干预,对两组护理效果用FM指数评分评估,并做两组患者治疗后的疗效评定。结果两组患者经过治疗后,研究组FM指数评分为优的有46例(63.0%),对照组FM指数评分为优的有30例(45.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预可提高癫痫并发抑郁患者的治愈率,并减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients with epilepsy and depression. Methods A total of 146 cases of epilepsy patients in our hospital,randomly divided into study group and control group, each of 73 cases, patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and the patients in the study group were treated with psychological nursing intervention,the nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated with FM index score, and the therapeutic effect of the two groups were evaluated. Results Two groups of patients after treatment,the FM index score is excellent of the study group was 46 cases（63.0%）, the FM index score is excellent of the control group was 30 cases（45.2%）, comparative analysis, significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can improve the cure rate of patients with epilepsy and depression, and reduce the incidence of complications.
