对高龄初产妇临产前进行心理护理干预的效果观察

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Elderly Primipara Before the Onset of Labor

目的探讨对高龄初产妇临产前进行心理护理干预的临床效果。方法选取2012年4月-2016年2月在我院定期产前检查的高龄初产妇60例作为观察对象,根据护理方式的不同及产妇知情同意的原则,将全部产妇分为观察组（n=30）和对照组（n=30）,对照组只是接受常规的产前指导。观察组在常规产前指导的基础上,对其实施心理护理干预。结果观察组和对照组产妇干预前的SAS、SDS评分相比差异均无统计学意义,P〉0.05,干预后两组的SAS、SDS评分比干预前均下降,均P〈0.01,但观察组比对照组下降的更为明显,均P〈0.01（其中SAS的统计结果为t=10.756 0,P=0;SDS的统计结果为t=4.892 6,P=0。结论对高龄初产妇产临产前进行心理护理干预,可以缓解其焦虑、抑郁的不良情绪,更有利于高龄产妇的顺利分娩。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of elderly primipara in psychological nursing intervention. Methods A total of 60 cases of elderly pregnant women who accept our hospital for regular prenatal care from April 2012 to February 2016 as the observation object, according to the principle and maternal care of informed consent, all women were divided into observation group（n=30） and control group（n=30）, control group only received routine prenatal guidance. The observation group accept the psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine prenatal guidance. Results Before the intervention, observation group and the control group of women of SAS, SDS score compared the difference was not statistically significant, P〉0.05. After the intervention of the two groups of SAS, SDS score Bigan pre decreased significantly, P〈0.01, but the observation group than in the control group decreased more obviously, both P〈0.01（the SAS statistical results for t=10.756 0, P=0, SDS statistical results for t=4.892 6, P=0.00）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention on elderly primipara labor before, can alleviate the negative emotions of anxiety and depression, more conducive to the smooth delivery of advanced maternal age.
