优质护理理念在晚期肿瘤患者中的应用

目的研究分析优质护理理念在晚期肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法选取80例晚期肿瘤患者。并分为例数均等的对照组和观察组。给予对照组常规护理措施,观察组实行优质护理模式。结果护理结果表明,所有患者接受护理后,抑郁评分、焦虑评分均有所降低,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且观察组患者评分下降幅度优于对照组患者,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与此同时观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组患者,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为肿瘤晚期患者提供优质护理服务效果较好。

Objective To study the effect of application of high quality nursing concept in advanced cancer patients. Methods 80 cases of patients with advanced cancer were selected. And for equal number of cases of the control group and observation group. Given to the control group, routine nursing measures, the observation group to implement naive nursing model. Results The nursing results show that all patients received nursing and scores of depression and anxiety scores were reduced, the data were fitted to a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）, and observation group patients score decreased significantly better than the control group, the data were fitted to a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）, and the observation group patients quality of life score is higher than that of According to the group of patients, the data is in line with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of providing quality care for patients with advanced cancer is good.
