64例儿科脑炎患者护理体会

Nursing Experience of 64 Cases of Pediatric Encephalitis

目的探讨儿科脑炎患者的护理工作的体会。方法从我院2016年儿科脑炎患者中选取64例进行研究,将所选取的患者进行平均分组,分为护理组和对照组。护理组的儿科脑炎患者给予正常的护理治疗,而对照组不给予护理治疗,在相同的一段时间后对这两组儿科脑炎患者进行相关指标的检测,从而分析护理工作对儿科脑炎患者的影响力。结果护理组在进行一段时间的护理工作后,儿科脑炎患者的相关指标都有显著的降低。结论对儿科脑炎患者进行治疗的过程中,在药物治疗的同时增加护理工作的进行将对患者病情的减轻有着重要的意义。

Objective The experience of nursing care of patients with encephalitis in children. Methods 64 cases of pediatric encephalitis in our hospital since 2016 were selected to study, the selected patients were divided into the basic situation of the same nursing group and the comparison group. Nursing group of pediatric encephalitis patients given normal nursing care in the treatment, while the control group received no treatment and care, in the same period of time in the two groups of patients with pediatric encephalitis for detection of relevant indicators, so as to analyze the influence of the nursing work in pediatric encephalitis patients. Results After a period of nursing work, the related indexes of pediatric encephalitis patients were significantly decreased. Conclusion In the course of the treatment of pediatric encephalitis patients, while the treatment of drugs to increase the work of nursing will be to reduce the patient＇s condition has an important significance.
