经导管动脉栓塞术在颌面外科的应用及发展前景

The clinical application prospective of transcatheter arterial embolization in oral and maxillofacial surgery

经导管动脉栓塞术 (transcatheter arterial embolization,TCAE)是指在 X线电视监视下将导管插入指定的动脉内 ,然后通过导管将栓子有控制的注入到相应的组织和器官 ,以达到阻断病变组织血供和消除器官功能的目的。该技术诞生于本世纪初 ,并随着医疗技术和仪器设备的不断发展而日臻完善 ,目前已成为临床诸多科室许多种疾病综合治疗的有效方法之一。由于头颈部解剖特点的复杂性 ,使得这一技术在颌面外科的应用相对滞后 ,至今尚无成熟的系统应用方案 ,现期待一完善可广泛推广用于颌面外科的 TCAE技术。

Technology of transcatheter arterial embolization(TCAE) was investigated in early of last century.Nowadays,the TCAE has become an effective treatment way for many medicine fields because the medical apparatus and technology continuous development and improvement.Some references showed that the clinical application of TCAE in the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery was fallen behind relatively.The references of TCAE history and present situation were reviewed in this article and give a prospective of its application in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
