摘要
不同氮素水平对光合色素含量的影响将直接决定作物产量的高低。为了确定不同氮素水平对高产小麦生长的影响,采用荧光定量分析法研究了2种小麦在6种氮素水平条件下的生长形态变化与光合色素含量变化。结果表明:在一定范围内提高氮素浓度即氮肥营养液硝酸钙含量在0.8-1.2mmol·L-1时能够提高小麦光合色素含量,但当超过这一水平,则效果并不明显,进一步明确了氮素变化对小麦光合作用的影响。
The influence of different nitrogen concentrations to photosynthetic pigments content will directly determine the yield of crops.The variation of growth morphology and photosynthetic pigments content of two wheats in six nitrogen concentrations was resulted by fluorescence quantitative analysis method,the influence of nitrogen concentrations' changing on the photosynthesis of wheat was clarified.The results showed that within a certain range,increasing nitrogen concentration could improve photosynthetic pigments content of the wheat,but exceeding more than a certain level(when the calcium nitrate conten was more than 1.2mmol·L^-1),the effect were not obvious.
