基于Logistic的登封市新型职业农民培训调查分析

为了促进新型职业农民培训的大力发展,以登封市农民为调查对象,通过问卷和走访的方式选取参加过培训的学员考察其对农民培训工程项目实施效果的看法与评价。根据培训的具体实施过程考察得出,登封市新兴职业农民培训主要存在培训主体基础差、培训机构滞后、培训服务指导需要强化、培训资金投入不足的问题。并根据实证结果提出相关对策建议,即提高培训主体的基础、采取适当的培训模式、合理分配现有资源、加大政府扶持力度和资金投入。
