炎症小体和细胞死亡通路相互关系的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 当细胞受到微生物感染、外界压力、损伤或化学药物治疗后,可能导致细胞死亡的发生。细胞死亡包括细胞凋亡(Apoptosis)、程序性坏死(Necroptosis)、细胞自噬(Autophagy)以及最近发现的炎性坏死(Pyroptosis)等四种方式。将要死亡或已经死亡的细胞可释放出细胞质、细胞核、内质网和线粒体等生物分子及化学成分。
