摘要
重点介绍了巨型水轮发电机定子机座和上机架的斜支撑联合结构,以及转子支架的斜支撑结构,通过建立模型对发电机在各种工况下的刚强度和振动频率进行有限元分析,对结构进一步优化。
Inclined support structure combining stator frame with upper bracket of large hydraulic generator,and inclined support structure of rotor bracket are emphatically introduced in this paper. Finite? element? analysis of stiffness,strength and vibration frequency under various working conditions are made by modeling generator,and then the structure is further optimized.
