摘要
YZR、YZ系列起重冶金电动机及其派生系列产品,是为起重机械及类似设备配套的电动机,按照使用环境不同可分为工厂用起重设备和冶金行业用起重设备,环境温度分别为40℃和60℃。电动机在不同的时期不同工作制下,电机功率的确定方法不同,重点阐述了在不同工作制情况下,电机功率的确定方法。纠正了人们对电机基本工作制内容的不正确理解,为使起重机械设备能正常运行提供了技术保障。
YZR and YZ series crane and metallurgical motors and their derived products are the motors matching with the hoisting machinery and similar equipment,they are divided into hoisting equipment for factory application and hoisting equipment for metallurgical industry application according to different service environment,and environment temperature of them are40℃ and 60℃ respectively. The power of motor at different period and with different duty type is determined with different method. This paper chiefly describes the method for determining power of motor at different duty type,corrects the incorrect understanding of basic duty type,and provides technical supporting for normal operation of hoisting machineries.
