柔性软管弯曲限制器的设计 被引量:14

摘要 海洋复合软管应用过程中会发生过度弯曲现象,故设计弯曲限制器,以防止海管的过度弯曲。海洋复合软管弯曲限制器设计需要考虑各种荷载情况,且每一个弯曲限制器均要根据实际情况进行单独设计,以符合不同状态海洋柔性软管在不同环境荷载下的具体要求。为了更好地设计弯曲限制器,针对海洋复合软管弯曲限制器所受功能载荷及环境载荷的特点,结合柔性软管弯曲限制器有关的规范文件,分别对海洋复合软管弯曲限制器系统的材料特点及选择、结构设计、局部和整体计算分析、制造加工工艺及测试方法进行了研究。基于研发软件、计算公式及有限元分析软件进行了弯曲限制器的计算分析。研究成果对国内进行海洋复合软管弯曲限制器的设计及制造具有重要意义。(图7,参10) During applications, composite offshore fl exible pipes may subject to over-bending. Bend restrictor is designed to prevent such over-bending. All possible loading conditions shall be considered during design of bend restrictor. In addition, each bend restrictor shall be designed individually to satisfy specific requirements of offshore fl exible pipes under different environmental loads. To design optimal bend restrictors, researches are conducted for characteristics and selection of materials, structural design, regional and overall computation & analysis, fabrication processes and testing procedures in accordance with features of functional loads and environmental loads on composite offshore fl exible pipes and according to relevant codes and standards. In addition, computational analysis is conducted for bend restrictor by using development software, computation formula and finite-element analysis software. The research results have significant values for design and fabrication of composite offshore fl exible pipes in China.(7 Figures, 10 References)
