扶正解毒法是基于中医扶正祛邪理论,根据胃癌的病机特点而凝练出来的一种重要治法,在长期的临床实践中展示了其作用优势,是胃癌中医防治的主要治法之一。结合胃癌本虚毒聚的病机特点及当前的循证医学临床及基础研究,对扶正解毒法在胃癌临床实践中的有效性进行了系统的诠释,为进一步开展扶正解毒法防治胃癌研究提供了重要依据。

Supporting healthy energy and removing toxicity method,based on strengthening vital Qi to eliminate pathogenic factor theory of Chinese medicine,summarized according to pathogenesis features of stomach cancer,is an important treatment method. Its treating advantages have showed in long-term clinical practice. It is one of the main treatment methods of Chinese medicine in preventing and treating stomach cancer. According to the pathogenesis features of root deficiency and toxicity amassment of stomach cancer,as well as current clinical and basic researches of evidence-based medicine,this article systematically illustrates the effectiveness of supporting healthy energy and removing toxicity method in clinical practice for stomach cancer,and provides important basis for further research of supporting healthy energy and removing toxicity method in preventing and treating stomach cancer.
