公共场所沐浴水中军团菌污染的研究概况

Legionella Contamination Survey of Hot Water Distribution Systems in Public Places

军团菌是一类水生菌群,广泛存在于人工水环境系统中,通过环境暴露感染人体,引起军团病,包括军团菌肺炎和庞蒂亚克热。我国尚未建立军团菌与军团病的监测系统,而沐浴水质卫生安全受到消费者的关注,公共场所沐浴水系统中军团菌污染也普遍存在,已成为日常生活健康的一个潜在威胁。本文介绍了公共场所沐浴水中军团菌污染的研究概况,并对我国相关工作进行了展望。

Legionella is a kind of waterborne pathogen widespreading in certain human-made water environments. Environmental exposure to Legionella can couse Legionnaires ＇ disease,including pneumonia or less severe Pontiac fever. However,the monitoring system on Legionella and Legionnaires＇ disease has not been established in China,and the sanitay quality of hot water distribution systems and warm water showers were widely concerned by consumers. Legionella was prevalent in such water systems in public places,which had become a potential health threat to consumers. The research on Legionella contamination in hot water distribution systems and warm water showers in public places were reviewed in this paper,and some new directions were also proposed.
