黑荆树皮原花色素的提取及美白防晒效果试验 被引量:7

摘要 原花色素是一种具有生物活性的类黄酮类化合物,因具有良好的生理和药理效用,在保健品、化妆品以及医药领域有很大的应用潜力。本研究以由传统栲胶原料黑荆树皮提取分离得到的原花色素为有效成分制备美白防晒霜,探讨其美白防晒效果。结果表明,黑荆树皮原花色素对酪氨酸酶抑制作用的IC50值为0.44 g/L,揭示黑荆树皮原花色素具有抑制黑色素生成而达到美白的作用。其抑制酪氨酸酶的酶动力学结果显示,原花色素对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用属于竞争性抑制。此外,UVB区(280~320 nm)紫外吸收和小鼠抗紫外线试验表明,添加3%(质量分数)黑荆树皮原花色素的美白防晒霜具有中等防护紫外线照射的防晒效果,可用于中等强度阳光照射的防辐射保护,达到市售防晒产品效果。因此,传统林化产品黑荆树皮原花色素可以作为美白防晒霜的有效成分,有助于拓展林源性活性物质的应用领域。 Proanthocyanidins are a class of bioactive flavonoids with good physiological and pharmacological effects and thus have great potential applications in the field of health products,cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. In this study,a sunscreen was prepared by using the proanthocyanidins extracted from Acacia mearnsii bark,which is a traditional feedstock for the production of tanning extract,and the whitening and sunscreen effects of the proanthocyanidins were discussed. The results indicated that the IC50 value of tyrosinase inhibition by the proanthocyanidins was 0. 44 g / L,illustrating that the proanthocyanidins from Acacia mearnsii bark could significantly inhibit the production of melanin and had whitening effect. Meanwhile,study on the enzymatic kinetics of tyrosinase inhibition by proanthocyanidin showed that the inhibition was the competitive type. In addition,the tests on the absorption in ultraviolet B( UVB) region(280-320 nm) and the anti-ultraviolet of mice showed that the sunscreen containing 3%( w / w) proanthocyanidins had moderate protective effect to the radiation of ultraviolet,and could be well used to protect the skin from moderate sunlight. The sunscreen effect was almost the same as the commercially available sunscreen. Therefore,the proanthocyanidins from Acacia mearnsii bark are the traditional forest products that could be applied to active ingredients of whitening sunscreen,and helped to expand the application of the bioactive substances coming from forests.
