Study of CDFI Diagnosis of Pediatric Auergic Purpura-caused Acute Deep Venous Valvular Insufficiency of Lower Extremities

摘要 目的:探讨CDFI在儿童过敏性紫癜至下肢静脉瓣膜功能不全中的应用,以提高临床认识。方法:对经临床诊断过敏性紫癜引发下肢静脉瓣膜功能不全5例患儿图像资料给以回顾、归纳总结。结果:5例患儿下肢深静脉表现血液流速稍减慢,CDFI呈节阶段性红蓝相间血流,频谱多普勒呈节段性基线上下血流频谱。结论:CDFI为儿童急性过敏性紫癜致急性双下肢静脉瓣膜功能不全,提供了早期、无创和具有高敏感性、特异性的检查方法,对临床的诊治有重要价值。 Objective: To investigate the application of Color Doppler Flow Imaging (CDFI) in diagnosis of pediatric allergic purpura-caused acute deep venous valvular insufficiency of lower extremities. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed and summarized the data of 5 children with allergic purpura-caused acute deep venous valvular insufficiency of lower extremities. Results: The five patients had slower blood flow velocity in deep vein of lower limb. CDFI showed segmental red and blue blood flow. Spectral Doppler showed segmental up and down of baseline blood flow spectrum. Conclusion: CDFI, as a highly sensitive, specific and non-invasive procedure used at pediatric allergic purpura-caused acute deep venous valvular insufficiency of lower extremities, has great value in clinical practice and evaluation of therapeutic efficacy.
