摘要
为了进一步改善德兴铜矿难爆区的爆破效果,进行了炮孔路料堵塞与普通岩粉堵塞爆破工业试验,试验结果表明,堵塞高度相同的条件下,岩粉堵塞爆破区域的冲孔率为11.1%,大块率为11.96‰,而路料堵塞爆破区域冲孔率仅为4.2%;爆破大块率仅为7.59‰,路料堵塞区域爆破过程更加安全,爆破效果有所提升。
In order to further improve the blasting effect of difficult explosion areas in Dexing copper mine,the blasting industrial experiments,including respectively using paving material and ordinary rock powder for stemming blasting hole,were carried out.The test results showed that under the same filling height,the punching rate and boulder yield of using ordinary rock powder for stemming blasting hole respectively were 11.1% and 11.96‰,but reduced to 4.2%and 7.59‰ when used paving material for stemming blasting hole.The study proved that the blasting process using paving material was more secure,and the blasting effect was improved.
