摘要
针对弱渗透性离子型稀土矿采用原地浸矿法浸矿效率不高及对环境产生的危害等问题,采用柱浸试验模拟堆浸采矿法对弱渗透性离子型稀土矿进行浸矿试验,研究浸矿剂种类、浓度、使用剂量、流速和装矿高度等与稀土浸出率、浓度之间的相互关系。结果表明,当浸矿剂硫酸铵溶液的浓度为30g/L、液固比为1∶1、流速为2.8mL/min时,稀土的浸出效果最佳,浸出率约为70%,比原地浸矿采矿法的浸出率高出10%左右。
The in-situ leaching method was used to mine the ionic rare earth ore with weak permeability,which caused the problems of low leaching efficiency and environmental damage.Aiming at the problems,the prismatic leaching tests were conducted to imitate the heap leaching mining method on the ionic rare earth ore with weak permeability.And the relationships among the type,concentration,consumption,flow rate of leaching agent and the height of loading ore with the leaching rate and concentration of rare earth ore were studied.The results showed that when the leaching concentration of ammonium sulfate solution was 30g/L,liquid-solid ratio was 1∶1and flow rate was 2.8 mL/min,the leaching performance of rare earth ore was the best,and the leaching rate was 70%,which was about 10% higher than that in-situ leaching method.
